During Buying

When you have made the decision to buy a property in Turkey you may ask what happens next. Having agreed a price and discussed your requirements and any extras that you would require we will than discuss a payment plan. After this has been agreed we will offer you the services of an English speaking lawyer in Turkey if you choose not to use this service we are able to draw up a contract for you. After you are satisfied with your contract we will make sure you have all the information necessary to enable you to transfer the purchase funds. A member of our staff will personally take you to the bank to open a Turkish bank account and obtain a Turkish tax number.once your Turkish property transaction has been completed Kaya Homes ltd will apply to the Turkish authorities to have the property transferred into your name.when this has been completed you will received your Turkish tapu (title deed) to your free hold property in Side Turkey.

After Buying

Kaya Homes are proud to say we have a very experienced after sales team including our own engineer. Our team will assist you every stage of the way. They will take you to select your ceramics for your new home in Side and provide a personal member of staff to help you shop and negotiate with Turkish shopkeepers on your behalf. They will ensure that any furniture purchased is delivered on time checked and inspected and installed in your home.

Once completion has taken place, Kaya Homes will apply to the Turkish land registery to have the tapu (title deeds) of your free hold property in Side transferred in to your name. Once this has been done, our after sales team will assist you in transfering the electricity and water supply into your name from the Turkish authorities and will assist you in acquiring your Turkish home insurance and contents insurance.

They will provide transfer services from the Antalya International Airport to your home in Side by request. They also provide the cleaning and laundry services up on request.

Should there be any minor problem in your home, our engineer and our after sales service manager will visit you and give you a time schedule for any work to be undertaken.
