Oasis Residence is Situated in a suberp location in the Kemer area of Side within 3-4 minutes walking distance to the local shops, bars, restaurants. The project was buit on a large plot of land at one of the highest points affording panorama views of the Toros mountains, Mediterranean sea and the Sorgun forest. Walking distance to the beach is approximately 10-15 minutes, there is also a free shuttle bus service to the beach upon request which operates on a regular basis.
The complex has the following facilities; tennis courts, air conditioned fitness centre, indoor pool, outdoor pool, childrens pool, internet cafe, mini club, cafe bar, wireless internet and underground car parking area.
Oasis consists of 85 two bedroom apartments. The properties were constructed to the highest standard and they are located in a much sought after area. Much thought has gone into the design of this Project giving our customers all the facilities now demanded in the market place. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens with water features with a specially designed entrance to the complex.
The apartments consist of; entrance hall, lounge, living area, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, family bathroom jaccuzi, separate shower cubicle and vanity unit,There are two balconies the front balcony being very large, the balconies are finished with chrome railings and panels.
As in all our previous projects we give a high qualty standart of finish with a 15 year construction and two year internall workmanship quarantee.
