  • We visited Turkey in April 2009 for a weekend, looking for our perfect holiday home. We had no intention of buying that weekend as it was our first experience of Turkey.

    We spent two days with the estate agent, looking around the Side area and were very lucky to be shown several Kaya Homes properties. Azra Gardens at the time was completed and was clearly a cut above anything else we had seen. Then we were told about their new project "Mirage Residence" which would be complete in October 2009. It was love at first sight for us and we knew there and then that we wanted the best that money could buy.

    The buying process was straight forward and Aykut and his team made the whole experience totally stress free. Kaya Homes take pride in what they do and it shows. Kaya Homes offer a fantastic After Sales Service and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are always just a telephone call away. We have just come back from our first Christmas and had a wonderful time.

  • We live in the Mirage Complex and buying our apartment could not have been more straight forward, simple, easier or stressfree. During the whole process we have had no pressures or hard sell tactics. We have a wonderful superior property of which we are proud.   • You will remember that I visited the Mirage site the day you signed the paperwork to buy the piece of land. It was just a piece of grassland then, but I had so much confidence in Kaya Homes, mostly because of the enthusiasm of you and your team, but also because of the quality of your other developments, that I signed up straight away to purchase a ground floor apartment, with a gorgeous view of the mountains.

    I have to say that I have never regretted that decision, in fact, on a trip last year, which was my first site visit since seeing it as just a plot of land, I have to admit I was almost speechless (friends would tell you that this doesn’t happen very often). The site was very spacious, as you had promised, the buildings were spectacular, the pool was amazing – I didn’t realise the pool was going to be that big. When I went back later in the week, before we came back to the UK, the patio doors had been installed and I could really start to visualize it as my home. You met me on site and, knowing how busy you must have been this was much appreciated and showed that Kaya Homes’ after-sales service does not end with the sale, a fact which has been proved again and again since that time.

    As you know, at the beginning of September 2009, my apartment was ready for me to move into, and I wasted no time in doing just that. The support I received from you and your team was incredible. The Turkish lessons being arranged by Aiden were great, although I only managed to go to a couple of them. Aiden incidentally is, in my view, a first-class addition to your already excellent team. Unfortunately I had to come back to the UK at the end of November and am currently planning my return trip to make Mirage my permanent home.

    I have nothing but praise for you and your team and would have no hesitate in recommending Kaya Homes to any potential customers as a trustworthy and caring company.

  • We have had many a great holiday on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey and over the last couple of years we spent our holidays in and around Side. We often talked together about buying a property in the sun as our holiday home to share many happy times with family and friends.

    The visits to Side convinced us this was the area to make our purchase. The next step was to find a property. Having researched the area and building companies advertising their projects in Side, I was very impressed with the projects completed by Kaya Homes.

    I was introduced to Aykut Kaya in the summer of 2009. Aykut and his staff showed us several completed projects and properties still under construction by Kaya Homes. I had been able to see the quality of construction both inside and outside of various properties.

    The tour ended at the Kaya Homes Office where we began the process of buying our holiday home in the sun. This was the first time of buying property abroad and I was amazed at how simple the process was. Aykut and his staff made this easy for us and I went away full of confidence in the project.

    In dealing with Aykut I found a man who is honest and totally trustworthy, his staff very positive and friendly. At no time has anyone tried to put the hard sell on us and we were at all times treat with courtesy and consideration by Aykut and his staff.

    To anyone considering buying property in Side or nearby, you will have to at some point trust somebody to deal with your affairs and concerns on your behalf when your not in Turkey.We cannot recommend anyone more trustworthy than Aykut and his employees and have complete trust in his company.

    It was you and your staff that made us confident about the purchase.

  • We first came into contact with Kaya Homes through an Estate Agent in 2006. Oasis was in the early conceptual planning stages, at the time the plans consisted of just a few artists impressions on some large pieces of card behind the agents desk. We took an immediate liking to it and made arrangements to meet Aykut Kaya later that day. We visited a plot of land and listened to everything about how it was going to be. Aykut was full of enthusiasm, open and honest in every respect. Without any doubt in our minds this was the best project planned for construction in the area.

    We signed up for one of the apartments, being off plan and very early, we had of choice of almost any of them. There was no hard sell or pressure at any stage. Construction stated as planned, completion was earlier than promised and during the build, changes were made, all to the benefit of the project. All of the staff have been very helpful along the way. The after sales service from Davut and the rest of team, in all honesty, is fantastic. Any requests for assistance however trivial or serious are always met with courtesy and professionalism.

    Since completing at Oasis we have also recently acquired a larger duplex type property on Mirage Residence.

    Over the period that we have known Kaya Homes and staff, the company has grown and always strived to achieve customer satisfaction. Standards are always very high and continually being improved. We have been extremely pleased with our whole experience and dealings with Kaya Homes and have no hesitation in making a recommendation to anyone considering purchasing property in the area.

  • I first came across Kaya Homes in 2006 with my friend Paul. We were introduced to Aykut Kaya by a local estate agent, following an unsuccessful inspection trip we were on with another builder.

    We immediately liked Aykut, who was excited to talk about his new off plan development "Oasis Residence". The plans hadn't even been drawn up, so we were invited to view previously completed projects. As Paul is a Civil Engineer, he felt that the Kaya Homes build was far superior to the other builds we had looked at and thankfully by the end of that day, Aykut produced the Oasis plans. We knew immediately the complex was going to be unique in comparison to any other in the area and decided to purchase 2 apartments off plan. The entire purchase procedure was trouble free and the assistance we received with furniture shopping was second to none. We now have two wonderful apartments on Oasis.

    We have been very pleased with our investments so when Aykut said he was building some duplexes on a development called Mirage we were immediately interested and opted for a 4 bed, 3 bath duplex. Once again the purchase process was trouble free and in many ways enhanced by the expansion of Kaya Homes in the past couple of years.

    We have made so many friends at Oasis since 2006 and are a little apprehensive with the "move" to Mirage but are looking forward to it immensely. We still have the apartments on Oasis and are very pleased that there is buoyant rental market out there, to give us the required returns.

    However, the big bonus for us has been our relationship with Aykut Kaya, his family and staff who we now consider to be loyal, true friends.

    Kaya Homes deliver a quality product at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service and I'd like to thank Aykut, Davut and the rest of the team for making the "Dream" possible.

  • L'achat d'un bien à l'étranger est pour beaucoup une expérience à hauts risques, pour nous, l'aventure s'est passée sans le moindre problème. Dès notre première visite sur le chantier, (en juin 2009) nous avons été séduit par le projet de la résidence Mirage. En effet, il était clairement visible qu'il était murement réfléchi et abouti dans sa conception, quant à sa réalisation, elle était non seulement bien avancée, mais en avance sur le planning. L'encadrement que propose Kaya Homes à ses client ne souffre d'aucune critique, en réalité, le service proposé est de loin supérieur à ce qu'il nous est proposé lors de l'achat d'un bien en Belgique! A titre d'exemple, je me suis rendu à Side quelques semaines après que nous nous soyons engagés dans ce projet afin de signer les actes d'engagements et de faire le choix du mobilier. J'ai été pris en charge dès mon arrivée à l'aéroport, j'ai été logé gracieusement dans un appartement qui a été mis à ma disposition, et j'ai été accompagné dans toutes les démarches administratives par des collaborateurs de la société. En résumé, un accompagnement parfait!

    Lors de la réception de l'appartement, tout le mobilier était installé, l'appartement nettoyé! Il nous restait à nous équiper en matériel de cuisine et à remplir le frigo pour notre premier séjour!

  • Nå vil vi skrive ned noen tanker vi har vedr kjøpet av leiligheten vår på Mirage Recidence.

    Det er akkurat et år siden vi solgte hytta vår på fjellet her i Norge.Steinar satt på nett og kikket på leiligheter i Tyrkia , hver dag. Og i vinterferien gikk turen til Side. Vi ble hentet av Tyrkia Invest sin medarbeider på flyplassen i Antalya og kjørt til Side.Det ble en aktiv og iskald uke. Det hadde ikke vært så kaldt der på 30 år.

    Vi ble kjørt rundt til mange fine leiligheter og hus.Vi leide bil selv også og dro og kikket på steder som Kaz , Kemer, Antalya, Belek og Alanya.Men vi fant ut på disse turene at det var i Side vi ville være. Vi var veldig bestemt på at vi ville ha noe som var ferdig bygd og som vi kunne begynne å bruke så fort som mulig. Dagen før vi skulle hjem igjen ble vi hentet og kjørt til Mirage Residence og ble vist rundt av Aikut og selgeren til Kaya Homes.

    Det hadde regnet så mye den uka at vi gikk i gjørme og rundt store vanndammer. Byggene var satt opp men ikke tettet igjen og det var bare et stort støpt hull som var starten på det store bassenget. Og tro det eller ei, der og da bestemte vi oss for at der ville vi bo selv om det ble noen mnd å vente. Vi fikk se prospektet av anlegget og det så bare så spennende ut. Og vi følte raskt at dette var et trygt firma med solid anker i Side.

    Vi hadde vært på en del andre anlegg som de hadde bygd og vi likte det vi så og skjønte at de var en av Sides største utbyggere. Dagen etter skulle vi hjem til Norge men først ble vi kjørt rundt av Kaya Homes til div butikker slik at vi fikk plukket ut kjøkken , fliser ol. Så gikk turen til møbel butikker . Tyrkia Invest ved Ingunn , var med oss inn til Manavgat og vi fikk ordnet med alle papirer som skulle ordnes.Kan tro det gikk unna. Da vi kom hjem igjen ble det mange titt inn på Kaya Homes sine nettsider for å følge med på bildene som ble lagt ut.
    Det var artig å kunne følge med på hvert byggetrinn. Husene fikk vinduer , leilighetene tok form og for ikke å snakke om hagen som bare ble finere og finere.

    August dro vi ned igjen , da var leiligheten vår ferdig som avtalt og møblene var på plass. Leiligheten ble bare super og for ikke å snakke om hagen og alt det andre, akkurat slik vi hadde sett på prospektet. Nå har vi vært nedover flere turer og hver gang vi er der står Kaya Homes til disposisjon for oss hvis vi trenger hjelp til noe.

  • fjor sommer var jeg på ferie i side .jeg hadde ikke tanker om at jeg skulle kjøpe leilighet der .min mann roy og meg hadde vært i Side året før og likte oss veldig godt der .derfor var det ingen andre steder jeg kunne tenke meg og reise da jeg skulle ha en måneds ferie i august 2009 .Roy og meg har hatt en drøm om en liten leilighet i varmere strøk, men det skulle skje når alle barna var ute av rede . jeg ferierte sammen med min søster og min niese og vi snakket med en som solgte leiligheter,vi satt på stamresturanten vår og en av våre tyrkiske venner anbefalte meg og se på kaya homes leiligheter , og sånn ble det .Etter mye nøling gikk jeg med på og møte Davut Celik som skulle gi meg en omvisning,det kostet jo ingen ting og se !!

    Vi kjørte til mirage for og se ,,for et palass !!! jeg ble mektig imponert av det jeg så ,Davut viste meg rundt og da jeg gikk derfra hadde jeg bestemt at her er drømmen her vil jeg bo !!!! 

    I oktober 2009 var kontrakten skrevet og drømmen var blitt virkelighet .
    Jeg har også møtt Ayat sjefen som bare er verdens hyggeligste mann .Jeg vil absolutt anbefale Kaya Homes de yter en servise som jeg aldri har sett maken til ,og er på pletten med en gang når det er noe vi lurer på.

    jeg var der i januar og var uheldig meg scooteren min. En bil fikk en lykt smadret ,der sto jeg lamslått og mannen snakket ikke engelsk ,men noen minutter gikk, og plutselig der står Davut med en kollega for og ordne opp for meg . du snakker om service !!!!
    det ble ingen liten leilighet men en 5 roms leilighet vi må jo ha plass til barna !
