  • Vi hadde vært på jakt etter leilighet i Side en god stund, da vi på ferietur august 2009 ble med på visning til en leilighet på Azra Garden 2. Denne leiligheten falt vi for begge to og ble satt i kontakt med Kaya Homes. Her ble vi introdusert nærmere for prosjektet og følte oss meget godt mottatt og det virket meget proffesjonelt. Vi trengte ikke mange dagene på å bestemme oss for å kjøpe leiligheten og ble enige om både pris, betalings og overtakelsesvilkår. Alt foregikk på engelsk, så det ble aldri noen misforståelser fra noe hold, hverken verbalt eller skriftlig. Også kontrakten var på engelsk. Skjøtet ble vi fortalt kunne ta litt tid (opptil seks mnd.), så vi fikk nøkkelen etter å ha betalt en viss prosent av kjøpesummen. Vi reiste ned igjen i oktober og møblerte leiligheten. Her fikk vi all den hjelp og assistanse vi ønsket fra Kaya og var ferdige på noen få dager. Skjøtet fikk vi i vår eiendom når vi hadde juleferie i leiligheten altså ca fire månder etter inngått kontrakt.

    Vi er meget fornøyde med både leiligheten og selve kjøpet og kan oppsummere vår opplevelse av Kaya Homes med meget god service, proffesjonelt, trygt og god oppfølging hele veien.Vi kan uten tvil anbefale kjøp av eiendom gjennom Kaya Homes. Anbefales på det sterkeste, vi er strålende fornøyd med vårt kjøp og opplevelsen rundt prosessen.

  • From the 1st step of viewing our dream apartment, to the ease of purchase, Kaya Homes have given us a wonderful service. We found it very simple to buy the apartment much more so than here in England. All the people in their offices speak perfect English so any questions can be answered. Side is a great place to have a holiday home as there is plenty to do for all ages and beautiful beaches. Kaya Homes also offer a great aftercare service which includes airport transfers the cleansing of your home and any laundry you may need to have done. They have even arranged things for us such as putting light fixtures up etc. If you are considering buying any property in Turkey then you can feel totally confident to contact Kaya Homes to see what they have to offer.

  • I have always wanted to buy a property abroad and after visiting Side, with the climate and hospitality of the Turkish people, I knew it was the place for me. However, my wife was really apprehensive because you read such horror stories where things are not all they seem, to the point where she lost her hair with worry. We purchased our first property off plan in 2006, a two bedroom apartment at Neptune 2. We were kept fully up to date with the progress of the development and looked forward to the monthly photographs that appeared on their web site. When the development was completed it looked even better than the artists impression and we were highly delighted with the end result. There really was no need for my wife to be so apprehensive and I am pleased to say her hair grew back.  

    It soon became evident that a 2 bedroom apartment was not large enough for us and our expanding family so we sold and brought a 3 bedroom apartment on Azra. We stayed with a Kaya Homes development because of their very high standard of workmanship, their desire to please and most of all, their after sales service is second to none. With any new development whether home or abroad there will always be little problems but be assured that Kaya Homes will be with you in minutes, sorting out everything for you.

  • Vi hade under flera år en gemensam dröm om ett utlandsboende. Turkiet var väl inte vårt förstahandsval från början, men efter ett antal charterresor dit var vi sålda.

    Vi kom i kontakt med Kaya Homes genom en god vän på stranden. Han etablerade en kontakt med Aykut Kaya som visade oss olika områden. Vi fastnade för Azra Garden då det var under uppbyggnad och inte så stort. Det kändes helt rätt från början. Här skulle vi bara bo.

    Under hela processen från intresse till slutförande av köpet, har Kaya Homes varit helt underbart hjälpsamma. De har ställt upp till 100 % i allt. Hjälpt till med möbelköp, gardiner, hantverkare, ja till allt vad vi har behövt. Har något krånglat på vägen har de aldrig stressat fram något utan ställt upp för oss. Det har kännts mycket tryggt.

    Nu efter 2 år känner  vi fortfarande samma trygget och får den hjälp vi ber om och alltid med ett vänligt leende. Inget är för svårt för att ordna, vilket gör att vi varmt kan rekommendera Kaya Homes för er som vill köpa utlandsboende i Turkiet o Side

  • My first visit to Turkey was in June 2009 on a property inspection arranged by Turkey Holiday Property. I was provided with free first class accommodation in Side by Kaya Homes and made to feel like a valued prospective customer by their representative Davut. Davut was a great source of information on the surrounding area and property available in Side, nothing was too much trouble.

    There was absolutely no pressure to buy, however the developments shown to me were so impressive and such good value for money I quickly decided to go ahead and purchase a two bed apartment. That was 8-months ago and I am now the proud owner of a superb apartment in Side. All the legal side is completed and the Tapu or Deeds are now in my posession.
